Use the Harold Import ice pick for chipping chunks of ice off a bigger block. Also works great for chipping a large block of chocolate for melting. Simply take the point and etch a line across the top of the chunk, then put the point in the center and tap firmly downward. Watch a nice chunk split off ready for use.
