This Scotch Black Electrical Tape is a premium all-weather insulating tape designed for quality performance up to temperatures of 221°F and as low as 0°F. The combination of an elastic PVC backing and pressure-sensitive rubber-based adhesive provides moisture-tight electrical and mechanical protection.
